Baby Cheese Quiche Appetizers
3 eggs
1lb small curd cottage cheese
3 T sour cream
4 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c bisquick
4 T. Melted butter
1t worcester sauce
salt and pepper . . .

Cream Cheese Bacon Dip
1 8 oz. bar softened Cream Cheese
1 scallion chopped
1 small 8 oz.? bag shredded swiss cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Mix all ingredients . . .

buy one round hard crusty bread, take a piece of the top off and save. scoop out most of the soft bread inside and cut into tiny cubes to be used for dipping.

1 med. tomato, seeded and sliced into bits
1/8 onion diced
1 bag Monteray Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Mayo.
